The campus is also the seat of the European Bioinformatics Institute, the Sanger Centre of the Wellcome Trust, and the MRC's Human Genome Project Mapping Resource Centre. The aim is to decode more than one-sixth of the human genes by the year 2002. This short film explains some of the work that goes on at Hinxton.
