    headache recently with Cale. Phos., 6x, in the case of a lady who is subject to this affliction. Her headaches are frequent, aggra- vated by damp weather, and very apt to occur the day after her weekly washing of clothes. They come on eradually in the morning, and last all day. Symptoms: hard, pressive aching with occasional heat in vertex; markedly better on lying down; ver- tigo on suddenly turning the head. I had tried many remedies at various times with poor results, getting some relief, however, from Sulphur, 8x. On this occasion I administered one dose, a five-grain powder of Calc. Phos., 6x, dry on the tongue, and the of MADE a very beautiful cure of an hour. ‘This lady informed me the next day that something had greatly increased the secretion of milk in her breasts—I omitted to state that she is nursing her baby—so much so that the milk flowed spontaneously and wet her dress. It was the dose of Calc. Phos., of course. Evidently in her recital of symp- toms she had overlooked a slight suppression of milk in the mammary glands concomitant with the head- ache, and the remedy being indicated promptly restored the secretion. As effectively for deficiency i in the secre- tion of milk during lactation, I wa not surprised to find Cale.
