Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen, I have pleasure in presenting this, my Sixteenth Annual Report, viz., that for the year 1923, on the Health of the Administrative County. Although the Birth-rate for the year is slightly lower than previously the vital statistics must be regarded as satisfactory. 1923. 1922.
