    and modify the ocular vertigo, I am unable to say. Unless ve can explain these two different results I do not see how we are to presuppose any definite direction in the apparent movement of the patient or his surrounding objects when he feels giddy before an epileptic seizure. I shall endeavour to pursue the subject further, as I am sure there is a great deal more to bo found out in these complicated phenomena.
