In the mea打time, as a member of a certain committee, Dr. Park settled a certain land trouble that was bothering the officials a great deal and by doing so pleased them so much they promised to help him get all the land for mission purposes he wanted. Said Dr. Park : Part of the land wanted belongs to, a凸d is occupied by, a temple, how can we get that?，’ Said the mandarin: ‘‘Tell the old priest to write a deed for the land a打d I will stamp it.’， <‘ But suppose the old priest refuses to wri化 the deed ?。 ‘‘ Send the old priest to me and when I get through with him he will write anythi凸g you want.，， In the mea凸time also Dr. Y. J. Allen, Dr. D. L.
