Lepromatous leprosy (LL): multidrug therapy (MDT)

This is a patient who has completed a course of treatment for multibacillary (MB) leprosy. He is left with trophic skin changes, seen particularly around the ear margin. Because of the clinical signs, it has not been possible to mask identifiable features of this patient completely. Please use the image sensitively so that you do not compromise human rights.
