    t being not fo hot, or his Arms and Thighs fo cold as formerly. Having taken Calomel $fs. in the three laft Doles of his Purge, and the fecond not palling down freely, he vomited twice. The next Day his Mouth began to be fore, his Gums to fvvell, and a Salivation came on. The Day after his. Face was pretty much fwelled ; and he 1 pit about a Pint in fix Hours. It did ftink much, and was full as Salt as the Liquor of an Qyfter. Auguft 6, 1711, vomited with Ipecacuanha; and railed much Phlegm ; with Choler, bitter, four, hot. Auguft u, 1711, [which was the Day next after the firft Quarter of the Moon] he had a convulfive Fit ; and another September 16, 1711, which was the Day after the Full Moon. This Day he had taken a Purge and Ciyfter; which worked well, and freely, to ten Stools; with much Wind. Before the preceding Fit he was coitive. Auguft o, 1711, he complained of a burning of his Arms; and yet his Feet were very cold. Auguft 22, 1711, the Flefn of his Legs was become firm and plump. The Ichor of three Bliflers applied, tailed very fharp and fait; as it run down it fretted and eroded the Skin over which it paifed. The Blifters made great Difcharges ; and the Fears, Anxieties, and Apprehenfions of a Fit thereupon vanifned. Auguft 28, 1711, the Ichor of the Bliflers was glutinous, and grumous. His Urine and Stools phlegmy. April4, 1712, he is frefh and plump in the Face; and his Arms, and the Parts above his Wafle, as flefhy as in his be ft Health.
