The Association will now be fairly launched upon what will doubtless be a career of useful public service. One of the first steps should be to report the formation to the South African Anti-Malarial Associa- tion, the immediate co-operation of which is assured. Call a meeting of the newly- formed Committee as soon as possible. The Secretary will have a list of the first joined members. Get their subscriptions. It helps them to realise the fact of their mem- bership. Send out a circular to induce others to join. Select the addresses care- fully. The South African Anti-Malarial Association stock a letter for the purpose, which will be supplied to you free of charge, if you will requisition the quantity you require. PLAN OF OPERATIONS. After all these necessary preliminaries the Association must get to work. The breath of life to it will be ‘‘ Ideas.’’ It
