    FACTORIES ACTS, 1937 & 194-8 During 1958* every effort was made to issue Certificates of adequate means of escape in case of fire. In a number of instances this involved the occupiers of the respective factories in oonsiderbale structural work and necessitated frequent advisory visits by myself and my assistant Mr. Hill. I am happy to be able to report that six (6) Certificates were issued during the year making a total of thirteen. This left two premises, where structural work is in progress which will enable Certificates to be issued in due course.
