![Cleanliness of (1) Head and (2) Body.— i. 97 per cent, of the Boys were found clean ; i.l percent, somewhat dirty, and i.V percent, dirty. 99.I per cent, of the Girls were found clean, and .1 per cent, somewhat dirty. 2.—Qh per cent, of the Boys were found clean ; 2 per cent, somewhat dirty ; and 2 per cent, dirt5^ 99 per cent, of the Girls were found clean, and i per cent, somewhat dirty. Teeth.—The good effects of the Dental Clinic are showing' progressive improvement, 88 per cent, being found good, 8 per cent, fairlj’ good, and 4 per cent. bad. Tonsils.—18 per cent, were found slightly enlarged, and 5 per cent, enlarged and requiring treatment. Special Inspections, 17 per cent, and 7 per cent. Adenoids.—10 per cent, were found enlarged and requiring treatment. Special inspections 16 per cent. Submaxillary and Cervical Glands.—16 per cent, were found slightly enlarged, and 2^ per cent, enlarged. In the Special Inspections made 21 per cent, and ij percent. External Eye Disease.—Strabismus was found in ii cases, catarrh r, conjunctivitis 4, granular lids i. Vision.—Myopia, requiring glasses, was found in 2 cases. Hearing.—7 cases were found to be below normal, 9 cases of otorrhoca, 3 accumulations of wax. Speech.—98^ percent, were found good. per cent, stammered, I per cent, lisped. Mental Condition.—96^ percent, were found bright, J per cent, were found fair, i per cent, were found dull, 2} per cent, backward. Heart and Circulation.—Some disturbance of circulation was found in 15 cases (3J per cent.). Mitral bruit 8, dilitation r, tachy cardia 2, weak action 3. Lungs.—Some departure from normal was found in 27 cases, mostly of a catarrhal character. 2 cases of croup, 3 of asthma, i of pleuritic thickening, 2 flat chest were noted. Nervous.—25 cases were noted, mainly nervous headaches and excitability. Tuberculosis.—A tendency was noted in 17 cases, generally shown by apical catarrh or marked tubercular glands. .'\11 ca.ses where it a])peared advisable were referred to Tuberculosis Dispcnsar3\ Deformities were noted in 8 cases.
