![5—INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD. [a] MILK. The number of purveyors of milk is 31. Of these, 16 are retailers, 10 working from premises within the district, and six coming into the area from other districts. There are 16 producers of milk, of these three herds are licensed for the production of Tubercular-tested milk, and eight for accredited milk. There are no licensed pasteurising plants. DESIGNATED MILK SUPPLY.
