Ice Cream (Heat Treatment) Regulations, 1947 The manufacture of ice cream is carried out at one place on1v and inspections have been made from time to time. Sampling of Ice Cream Twenty two samples of ice cream were taken from retailers and examined at the Public Health I.aboratory, Newcastle during the year.
