Jerome, Augustin, Ambrose, Gregory, etc. The fine large woodcut device with the arms of Basle supported by a basilisk is the work of the remarkable Master DS (see Bock, Der Meister DS., Berlin 1924, p, 10, no. 35, and the frontispiece). The upper white margin stained, some marginal notes and underlines by an old hand, the first Il. slightly wormed. See Reproduction, page 83.
