I hereby certify that the following is a correct statement of the condition of this institution, and the business transacted here, for the year ending September .30, 1866. I. Assets. Partridge, on the 1st day of October, 1866.] Real Estate,— Between eleven and twelve acres of land, known as the Hos¬ pital Grounds, lying between Summer, Mulberry, Fulton, and Central Streets, valued at.
