Hamilton Sale, May 1884, No. 301, a copy on vellum, said to have been the one dedi- cated and presented to James V., with J. R. on the top of the title, supposed to be in the King’s autograph. The book was in the old oak boards covered with calf, and richly tooled, and bore on the obverse of the cover Iacobvs Quintvs, and on the reverse Rex Scotorvm.
