![Articles for common rooms. Table of debtors’ fees to be paid for bedding, &c. [ 4 ] I , The Governor (hall, at the county expenfe, provide for each common room half a bufhel of coals per day during the fix winter months, and provide thofe rooms with neceflary fur- niture.
