    giving rise to obstruction, which may lead to the mistake of interpreting the :r-ray findings, reading into them “cancer of the pylorus,” with the prog- nostication of impending death for the patient. The kink at the duodenojejunal junction can be cor- rected by cutting one way and sewing the other, or the loop of jejunum may be placed in the position of gastroenterostomy, held by several stitches of silk or linen.
