Nothing in. this Act contained shall h0Act'toa^fer construed to alter the law so far as regards the criminal laws, liability of drunkards for criminal acts done by them while under the influence of drink. 18. In so far as they may be applicable, provisions of the Lunacy Regulations Act shall be incorporated in this Act. 19. This Act shall be called the Habitual short title. Drunkards’ Act, 1870.
