$APPENDIX TO SHIPPING HULES PATiT I Forms The following forms shall be used, as far as possible, with such alterations as circumstances may recpiire, but no deviation from the prescribed forms shall invalidate the proceedings, unless the judge shall be of opinion that the deviation was material:— No. 1.—Notice of Invcstujat ion.
