Receipt-Book, Italian: 17th century

Collection of medical, domestic and other receipts in Italian. Written by different hands: the receipts are numbered from 9 to 126. This MS. can be approximately dated by the contents of Receipt No. 121, 'Modo di fare l'Unguento Armario', which quotes passages from the 'Magisterium Naturae et Artis by Francesco Lana Terzi [1631-1681], published in three volumes at Brescia and Parma 1684-1692.
