![THE PUBLIC HEALTH (FRUIT PICKERS' LODGINGS) ACT, 1882. 45 & 46 Vict., Chapter 23. An Act to extend the Public Health Act, 1875, to the making of Byelaws for Fruit Pickers. [i2th July, 1882.] Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows : Short Title and Construction of Act. 1. This Act may be cited as the Public Health (Fruit Pickers' Lodgings) Act, 1882, and shall be construed as one with the Public Health Act, 1875. Poiver to make Byelaws for Fruit Pickers. 2.
