Why not idealize the doctor some? is the key-note of the biography of Indiana physicians presented to his professional confreres by Dr. Kemper in this volume. The writer has a genius for histor}^, and as the first century of our State's existence is drawing to a close, it is eminently proper that Dr. Kemper should now assume the task, and Avrite a medical history of Indiana.
