ELECTRO-THERAPEUTIC AND MASSAGE DE¬ PARTMENT.—It was found necessary during the year to purchase new apparatus for the Electro-therapeutic Depart¬ ment to replace old and non-earth free apparatus, in con¬ formity with Ministry of Health Memorandum No. 161.
