Description

One of a series of chromolithograph trade cards (B4) issued by M.M. Fenner to advertise his Golden Relief which was supposed to ease pain and a variety of complaints. Includes testimonials dated 1872, 1876 and 1880. The illustration shows a mother dog with a rat under a forepaw, three puppies looking on in interest, and a kennel behind them, all in muted sepia tones.
