Peter Wilson 1828; Rev. Wm. Olemison 1829, and Rev. Charles Sanderson. Mr. Feilden was also Rector of Bebington. Fredekick Barker, from 1832 to 1837. Appointed 11 April 1832, by William Webster, Esq., on resignation of Mr. Fielden. Mr. Barker was the son of the Rev. John Barker and Jane his wife, and was baptized at Baslow in Derbyshire, 17 March 1808. Of Jesus Coll., Cambridge, afterwards Bishop of Sydney, Metropolitan of Australia. During his incumbency the Rev. J. G. Longueville (subsequently Rector of Eccleston, Co. Chester) acted as Curate. Maxwell Shayre, from 1838 to 1840. Appointed 7 June 1838, on presentation of William Webster of Upton Hall, on resignation of Mr. Barker. John Hijllett, from 1840 to 1841. Appointed 6 June 1840, on presentation of William Webster of Upton Hall, on resignation of Mr. Shayre. John Gregson, from 1842 to 1846. Appointed 18 January 1842, on presentation of William Webster of Upton Hall, on resignation of Mr. Hullett. Probably eldest son of John Down Gregson of Liverpool. Matriculated B.N.C. 30 May, 1834 aged ] 7, B.A. 1838, M.A. 1841, of Castle Priory Berks., J.P., died 24 June, 1859. Oefley Crewe, from 1846 to 1847. Appointed 28 Nov. 1846, on presentation of William Webster of Upton Hall, on resignation of Mr. Gregson. Eldest son of Willoughby Crewe of Warmingham, Co. Chester, Clerk. Mat.
