    One Representative of the Hospital Sunday Fund. Two Honorary Surgeons elected by the Medical Board (Mr. E. B. Alabaster and Mr. Chas. Rudd). 4. —That Rule 19 of the Hospital Rules, which limits the term of office of the Chairman to three consecutive years, be modified as a war-time measure, so that Mr. E. A. Milliken Smith, the present Chairman, may be eligible for re-election as Chairman of the Management Committee for a further period of one year, due notice of this proposal having been given to the Committee of Management in accordance with the Hospital Rules. 5. —That Mr. E. A. Milliken Smith be elected Chairman of the Committee of Management for the ensuing year. That Mr. Percy Nichols be elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Management for the ensuing year. That Mr. J. C. Hudson be elected Honorary Treasurer for the ensuing year. 6. -—That the thanks of the Subscribers are due and are hereby presented to the Consulting Physicians and Surgeons, the Honorary Surgeons, and the Assistant Surgeon, for their valuable services to this Institution; also to the retiring Chairman of the Committee, the Vice-Chairman and the Honorary Treasurer for their kind attention to the interests of the Charity.
