From the Royal Navy crews were received from ships, large and small, and some ships with notable service are found in our records—His Majesty’s Ships, “ Southampton,” “ Birmingham,” “ Jaquar,” “ Express ” are the names of a few of them. Nearly every unit of the Army is recorded—Guards, Loyals, Lincolns, Norfolks, County Regiments and Yeomen, as well as Royal Regiment of Artillery, Service, Signals, Medical, etc.
