Spring catarrh differs, 1 however, from trachoma in the complete absence of fol- licular formation and also, as was first pointed out by ] Herbert, in the development of immense numbers of e eosinophils. A remarkable feature of the fibrous tissue t formation in spring catarrh is the way in which it disappears cas the disease subsides. It produces no contraction and Heaves little if any sign of its former presence. rrison k SonB, Printers in Ordinary to His Majesty, St. Martin's Lane.](https://iiif.wellcomecollection.org/image/b21649583_0_0025.jp2/full/800%2C/0/default.jpg)
