![NATIONAL ASSISTANCE ACTS, 1948 and 1951. A woman, aged about 68 \mars, was found to be suffering from grave chronic disease, living in insanitary conditions and unabe to^ devote to herself, and not receiving from other ])ersous, proper care and attention. wShe was removed to hos¬ pital under the Natio-nal Assistance (Amendment) Act, 1951, rmd an Order obtained later under Section 47 of the National Assistance Act, 1948.
