VACCINATION AGAINST SMALLPOX. 'The arrangements for the provision of vaccinatii^n facilities continued on the lines set out in my jirevious reports and the table printed below shows tlu‘ numhei' ol' vaci'inations and re-vaccinations in resjiect of which la'turns had hi'cn reciuved by the end of the year. One hundred and thirty-six vaccinations and 1 re-vaccination were performed at Infant Welfare Centres. 'I'he averac^e rate for the urban areas was 45.5%, and that for the rural areas 49.2%.
