    notices of all meetings or assemblies, and shall attend the Governors or any Committees of their body, and enter the minutes of the pro- ceedings at such meetings and assemblies. He shall keep lists or registers of the nominations and admissions to the foundation, and make all necessary inquiries with relation thereto. He shall keep the accounts of the Charity, and prepare and send such statements thereof as the Governors are bound to furnish under the Charitable Trusts Acts or otherwise. He shall accompany the Master of the Hospital in his periodical visitations of the estates and property of the Charity. He shall act as the Steward of the several Manors, and hold the Manorial Courts. He shall prepare the Leases from time to time, and collect and receive the rents, fines, and other profits and in- come of the Charity. He shall also make, with the assistance of the Assistant-Receiver, all neces- sary payments and disbursements thereout, and he shall perform all such other duties in respect of the Charity, and the management of its estates and property, as usually devolve upon a Solicitor and Receiver, and as the Governors shall direct. The Governors shall require the Registrar to give adequate security for the due payment of all monies coming to his hands, and for the perform- ance of his other duties before entering on his office.
