Wombwell and his wife of certain lands, &e. for 51 years at a peppercorn rent for the first five years and £16 p. a. afterwards ; she is described as * i late the wie and sole executrix of S™ Philipp Sydney decessed”’; this assignment is executed as ‘* executrix of the said last Will and Testament of the said S Phillipp Sydney deceassed,” en perfect condition 9th, with address and seal, in French, to Monsr. Panckoucke, Paris, sending him 35 folios of his Voyage, mentioning terms and asking for an answer to his previous letters : “Je ne suis pas une homme a tenor des longues comptes ce nest 502 503 504 1864 Respecting his collection of insects forwarded to England and selected by the British Museum; insects peculiar to the Giraffe & Rhinoceros; a large tick with yellow spots; leeches in crocodiles’ mouths, etc. to W.
