It was then moved, feconded, and Refolved, That a Report from the Board of Curators, on the fubjed of Vaccination, which was re- ferred to their confideration by the Court of Allillants, on the 2tft day ot November lall, be now received. Mr. Long then delivered to Mr. Governor Lucas (prefiding in the ab fence ol the Matter) a Report lrom the Board of Curators.
