A calculus which made its way into the vagina through an ulcerated opening in the bladder. It was removed by slightly dilating the open- ing with a bistoury. It is composed of a small nucleus of impure urate of ammonia, sur- rounded first by oxalate of lime, and lastly by the earthy phosphates. Presented by Dr. U. Cumin, 1842. B k.
