Contents

Segment 1 A mother pushes her baby in a pushchair as the narrator, Anne Diamond, explains that some simple steps can be taken to cut the risk of cot death (or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). The mother puts her baby to bed and the narrator encourages parents to quit smoking or keep the smoke well away from the baby, lay the baby on its back not its stomach, and to use lightweight blankets in the cot. A group of parents are shown, including the narrator, and she says that nothing can bring their babies back but 'there are some things you can do to keep yours'. She also says, 'Your baby's life is a miracle, let's try and keep it that way.' Time start: 00:00:00:00 Time end: 00:01:10:01 Length: 00:01:10:01
