    (c) Homework (Sections 133 and 134) 23 vThere work is given out from a factory and done in a private dwelling house, it is termed homework and the person who does the v/ork is an outworker. This control applies to certain classes of work as specified by Regulations made by the Secretary of State. The occupier of the factory concerned with outworkers is required to keep a list of all outworkers and send a copy of the list to the local authority during the months of February and August of each year.
