Inadvertently there was omitted from the 1936 an¬ nual report the statement that, in addition to the Medical House Officers mentioned there, the following com¬ pleted their service and commenced other work as fol¬ lows: Dr. William J. Clauser, M.D., Indiana Univer¬ sity, ’32, to become Assistant Physician at the George F. Baker Clinic, New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston; Dr. Charles B. Kimmel, M.D. ’32 and M.S. ’34, North¬ western University, to become Junior Assistant Resident in Roentgenology at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, and Dale G. Friend, M.D., Harvard University, ’3 5, to become Assistant Resident Physician, Peter Bent Brig¬ ham Hospital. Publications for 1937. During 1937 certain lines of investigation have been pursued by the members of the staff, as shown by the following list of publications. Some of these represent work actually done in the pre¬ ceding year, but, according to our custom, are noted in the Annual Report only after their completion and pub¬ lication, thereby avoiding duplication in being noted once when the work is under way and the second time when completed and published.
