![The Farm Accounts, which, as usual, will be found with the other Financial Statements, show a surplus of £322 3s 8d. The quantity of milk supplied during the year was 10,169 gallons. The Accounts for the Garden show a deficit of £2-] 13s 5d. A vacancy occurs in the list of Life-Directors through the lamented death of The Earl of Mans- field, and it is suggested that the present Earl be elected in his brother’s place. The Annual Directors who retire at this time are :— W. H. Cox, Esq. of Snaigow. Major W. L. Mercer of Huntingtower. Adam Steel, Esq. of Blackpark. James Coates, Esq., Pitcullen House. The following names are suggested to fill the vacancies :— Colonel Richardson of Ballathie. George A. Miller, Esq., W.S., Perth. Robert Kinloch, Esq., W.S., Perth. James D. Lumsden, Esq., Huntingtowerfield ; The Earl of Mansfield, Mr. Albert Butter, and and Mr. Kinloch being appointed Members of the Managing Committee in room of the late Lord Mansfield, Mr. Steel, and Mr. Coates. Rev. P. R. Landreth, ex-officio Director, retires at this time, and, in terms of the Charter, is succeeded by the Rev. Frank H.
