One of a series of chromolithograph trade cards issued to advertise Dr. Grosvenor's Liveraid, which was supposed to "cure any case of constipation, biliousness, headache, liver complaint, dyspepsia, indigestion, malaria, rheumatism or any other diseases springing from a deranged liver or stomach" and Bellanodyne pain relieving plasters. The illustration shows four ducklings (3 yellow, 1 brown) swimming in a pond with trees and a sunny sky behind them and a spray of lilac and purple pansies tucked through a card advertising the product.
