![right of ye said Bushoprick at any time hereafter belonges or appertainees and wh now are or ought to be in ye seizin hande or possession of ye said now BPP in ye right of ye said Bushiprick And also all his right state title claims interests or demaunds whatsoever wh ye said BPP ever had or hath graunted confirmed and surrendred in forme aforesaid is for and in consideration of a satisfaccon and recompense to be had to ye said Sr Richard Sackvill knight of and for ye some of six hundred fforty one pounds five shillings and Tennepence halfe penny by him to ye Queenes Maties use paid in forme aforesaid And uppon condition and to ye intent that ye same our said soveraigne Lady ye Queenes Matie her heires or successors shall and will uppon request to her highnes her heires or successors thereof to be made by ye said Sr Richard Sackvile his heires or successors vouchsafe incontinent to give graunt and assure to ye said Sr Richard Sackvile and ye Lady Winifride his wife and to ye heires and assignes of ye said of ye said (sfc) Sir Richard for ever all that ye said LoPP or Mannor Capitall Messuage or mansion house called Salisbury place al[ia]s Salisbury howse al[ia]s Salisbury Courte al[ia]s Sackvill place and all and singular other ye premisses by ye said BPP to our said soveraigne Lady ye Queenes Matie her heires and successors given and graunted by these presents in forme aforesaid To hould ye same of our said soveraigne Lady ye Queenes Mat>r her heires and successors in free and common soccage and not in cheife as her highnes Mannor of Eastgreenew*1 in ye county of Kent for all manner of rents services and demands And the said BPP for him and his successors doth covenant and graunt to and wth our said soveraigne Lady ye Queenes Maty her heires and successos That hee ye said BPP and his successors shall from time to time and at all times hereafter from henceforth dischardge acquite exonerate or save harmles as well our said soveraigne Lady ye queenes Maty her heirs and successors of ye said LoPP or Mannor Capitall Messuage or Mansion howse called Salisbury place al[ia]s Salisbury howse al[ia]s Salisbury Cort al[ia]s Sackvill place and all and singular other ye premisses w* h their appeten- aces to our said soveraigne Lady ye queene her heires and successors given graunted confirmed and surrendred in forme aforesaid of and from all former bargaines graunts surrendos annuities rents and of and from all other incumbrances whatsoever had done made or suffered by ye said Bushopp And of and from all and all manner of Tenthes and other charges issuing or going out of ye said premisses or of any parcell thereof and due or hereafter to be due to our said soveraigne Lady yc Queene Matie her heires or successors or to any other person or persons in respect of ye Bushoprick of Sa[lisbur]y or of ye premisses except all lawfull leases made by any ye predecessors of ye said BPP of ye said premisses or of any parte thereof In wittnes whereof to the one parte of this Indenture remaining wth our said soveraigne Lady ye Queenes Matie the said John Bushopp of Sa[lisbulry hath put his seale andjto thother parte remaining w*h ye said BPP the same our said soveraigne Lady hath caused her highnes greate seale of England to be putt Given ye day and yeare aforesaid jo. sa'y Recognouit.](https://iiif.wellcomecollection.org/image/b31366193_0665.jp2/full/800%2C/0/default.jpg)
