Deep lemon Amorphous urates and uric acid crystals in showers. Few leucocytes. yellow. Few hyaline casts. 9 Light lemon, cloudy. 10 Lighter. 11 Darker again. As above plus calcium oxalate crystals in great numbers. Granular as well as hyaline casts. Epithelial cells, both renal and_ bladder. 12 Normal. As above except no casts were noted. 13 Normal. 14 Tighter, normal. 15 Normal. 16 Normal. 17 Normal. Few uric acid and amorphous urates. Few fragments of granular casts. Few red and white blood cells. 18 Normal.. Case VII.—Comparatively mild case of mustard gassing. Slight burns of genitals, axille and in the bends of the elbows. General erythema of skin over entire body. Boop Examination of blood two weeks after gassing. Erythrocyte count 5,300,000 White count 19,500 Hemoglobin 100% Differential white count Polynuclears Neutrophiles 71.5% Eosinophiles 5.5% Lymphocytes Large 3.5% Small 10.5% Transitionals 5% Large basophilic mononuclears 6.0% Myelocytes 2.5% There is an increase in the normal granular mono- nuclears.
