It is in double columns, having 50 lines to each, without marks of any kind. It commences without title ‘ Incipinnt Rubrice,’ occupying 16 1].; the text begins on the recto of 1. 17, headed “ Du APPELLATIONIBUS ” and occupies 176 Il. ending with 16 lines only on verso of the last.
