    PONATIONS f ■* S ««.& ? The most pressing need of the Hospital is for Contributions towards the Up-Keep. Please send a gift towards the Maintenance Fund. WITHOUT ANY EXTRA EXPENSE WHATEVER TO THEMSELVES Subcribers can materially increase the amount of their subscriptions by completing a form of Agreement* to contribute for seven years or during life, whichever shall be the shorter period. Such an Agreement enables the Hospital to recover from the Inland Revenue authorities the amount of Income Tax paid thereon. It also enables Subscribers liable to Super Tax to deduct the gross amount of their subscriptions from the income assessable for for such tax. * The necessary form of agreement will be supplied on application
