![CONDITIONS of SALE. \ i fi^rr^HAT the Perfon who bids moft is the Buyer; but if any Difpute arifes, the Book^or Books be put up to Sale again, 2c], That no Perfon adv’ance lefs than Six-pence each Bidding; and after the Book arifes to One Pound, no lefs-than One Shilling. 3d, They are fuppofed to be perfedl:; but if any fliould be found otherwife before taken away, the Buyer is ac his Choice to take qr lea\^e tlxem,» as no Book is to be returned after Delivery. 4tn, That each Perfon give in his Name, and pay Five Shillings in the Pound (if demanded) for what he buys *, and that no Book be delivered ia Time of felling, uniefs firid paid lor* 5th, The Lots mufl: be taken away at the Buyer^s Expence, and the Money paid at the Place of Sale, within fix Days after the Sale is ended.
