Tuis young Woman, foon after fhe was bit, the fame Day, obferve- ing the Dog more fullen than or- dinary, and frothing at the Mouth, began to fufpectt he was mad; and, by way of Trial, minced a little Meat, and gave it him; of which he took fome in his Mouth, but could not /wallow it, but foon let it drop, together with a good deal of Froth and Slaver. This, another Dog that came in, licked up, and eat; and was killed, flavering and ‘mad, about three Weeks after: But the Dog, that bit the young Woman, died, without Violence, the next Day after I he had bit her.
