    Heat sufficient SPRY in the pan to well cover the bottom. 2. FOOD BEING FRIED. Coat the food where necessary before placing it in the hotSPRY and fry until well browned, first on one side and then on the other. 3. FAT BEING DRAINED. Drain fried food on crumpled kitchen-paper to remove all excess fat. Then garnish and serve the finished dish immedi- ately.
