Prick the sausages well, put them in the hot SPRY and fry for about 10 minutes (the thicker Sausages i the sausages, the longer they SPRY for shallow fry- will take to cook) until well ing browned. Turn frequently while frying. Drain and serve hot on fried bread. Garnish with parsley. FR EE bD c H OP 8 Method.—Trim the chops if necessary, and wipe them with adamp cloth. Heat the SPRY, put the chops in, and brown on both sides. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking for 8 to 12 minutes, turning about evety 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot. FREED S TEA K Method.-~Wipe the meat. Heat the SPRY in a frying-pan, “put in the steak, and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Re- duce the heat and continue i lb. of steak (at least cooking for 8 to 12 minutes, ] inch thick) turning occasionally. Keep the Salt and pepper steak hot on a dish.
