    LEMON CURD TART Method.—Line the patty tins with pastry, or line a plate and decorate the edge. Put some rice ot breadcrumbs on top of the pastry to weigh it down and keep it flat. Bake in a hot oven Peainutes: fot plate or 10 minutes for patty tins. Remove the lining and brown (5 to 10 minutes). Fill with lemon curd while still hot. REGULO SETTING MARK 7. ‘TEMPERATURE 425° F. LEMON CUR D Method.—Stand a basin in a pan containing enough boiling water to come half-way up. Put the SPRY in the basin and allow to melt. Beat the eggs.
