    [2] Two exceptions have been made to the rule of strict adherence to the order of the title: La Lancette/rangaise, gazette des hopitaux, and Jahrhuclier derin- und auslandischen gesammten Medicin, are everywhere known as the Gazette des hopitaux and ScMiidfs Jahrbiicher, and have been abbreviated under the latter titles.
