Description

A compilation of healthcare commercials featuring over-the-counter medicines shown on television around the World in 1993. There are Wellcome's competitors (Bayer, Ciba Geigy) in the first half, moving onto Wellcome brands in the second. The brands covered are; Mitigal (a shampoo for children), Filvit (Spanish), Wick Vapo Bad, Wick Vapo Rub, known elsewhere in the World as 'Vick', (German), Medinait, Medinait Spray, Wick Blau (German), Lodosan, Aspro 500, Medinait, Rhinogutt, Triaminic, Vicks Sinex, Rinazina, Fienamina, Bronchochendo, Vicks Vapo Rub, Resyl (Italy), Vicks Head Clear, Benadryl syrup and tablets (Australia), Demazin Liquids (UK?), Nix (for headlice); a much longer infomercial (USA), Sudafed Plus (UK?), Actifed, Codral, Dymadon (Australia) and Cicatrene (Italy).
